Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact team sport. It combines elements of netball, touch football and american football into a fast paced, athletic sport. It is unique because it is self-refereed.
We have several games during the week:
UNI PICK UP
Thursday 12:30pm - 1:30pm Oval 3, beside URAC cricket field (at the University of Wollongong).
SUNDAY PICK UP
Sunday Pick Up is every Sunday at 2pm at Stuart Park. Everyone is welcome. This league runs year round.
BEACH
Finished for the season! See you in October!
INDOOR
Indoor is Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm at URAC. Please bring $5 to cover court costs!
TRAINING
Training is orientated towards players looking to improve their skills and/or train for uni-based tournaments.
